The Library has developed an excellent collection of books, journals and non-book material covering the principle fields of interest in engineering streams like Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical, Information Technology, Instrumentation, Electronics and Telecommunication and Management etc. The library has a good collection of Project reports and rare Books. It maintains separate collections of Reference Books and Bound volumes of journals.

1. All the students entering the Library shall keep their bags and other personal belongings at the entrance. Staff / Students will first sign in the Register at the Counter, before being allowed to approach Circulation Counter.
2. Only notebooks and the Library books will be allowed inside.
3. All the readers are advised not to leave their valuables at the Check Point. Library is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
4. I Card should be compulsory for entering into the library.
5. Books Borrowed should be protected from RAIN, DUST, INSECT, etc.
6. Books removed from the shelves, if not required further, should be kept on the table nearest to them. Please do not try to shelve them yourself. Please remember that a book misplaced is a book lost.
7. Newspaper should be folded properly after reading and kept back in the designated place.
8. Readers should not deface, mark, cut, mutilate or damage library resources in any way. If anyone is found doing so, he will be charged the full replacement cost of the resource.
9. All the students are required to bring their recent passport size photograph while applying for Library membership.
10. All students are allowed to borrow 3 books at a time for a period of 7 days.
11. Faculty, staff going on long leaves like vacation will have to return all borrowed material before leaving Mumbai.
12. All the students who want to return the books issued on their names are advised to wait until the books are shown as cancelled against their names.
13. There will be a fine of Rs. 2.00 per book per day.
14. Students are advised not to issue Books to others on their names.
15. Reference Documents like Dictionary, Encyclopedia, Year Books, Journals (Loose & Bound), Project Reports, Handbooks will not be issued out.
16. Borrower must make good the loss by replacing library material with same or latest edition. In case of non-availability of material, then the actual cost of the book / material or Rs. 400.00, whichever is higher will be recovered by the borrower.
17. Conversation and discussion disturbs library ambiance. Therefore, all are requested to maintain dignified silence.
18. Smoking is not permitted in the Library.
19. All users are requested to keep their mobiles in silent mode.
20. Beverages and Eatables are not allowed inside the library.
21. No photograph of the Library shall be taken without the prior permission of the Librarian.
22. Demand and suggestion slips are available at the circulation desk for your use.
