Innovative software for this pandemic situation which helps to detect and recognise face mask

As we all are suffering from this pandemic situation, we need to take care of all safety measurements as per govt. guidelines. Covering our nose, mouth with mask is extremely important.

To check whether a person has worn a mask or not without coming in contact with that person is possible with #technology. We have built project which can be used by any organisation even in-house entrance also to check whether the visitor is following these guidelines or not and should we allow them. This project has many options inbuilt in so that organisation can use it as per their need.

In development of this software we have used “Faster R CNN Inception v2” neural network architecture, which helps to detect and recognise face mask. It is trained to identify whether the rules and guidelines are followed by people or not. We done this project with the help of #python and #tensorflow #objectdetection API. To detect persons face and other features related with safety measurements we have used PC/Laptop/ any personal device’s camera.
