  Workshop on “NodeMCU”

 Department of Electronics And Telecommunication and IETE students forum, organized a workshop on NodeMCU on 15th September, 2023. The workshop started at 10 am which had two sessions, one session for introduction to NodeMCU and second session for hands on practical on NodeMCU. Both the sessions was conducted by a third year student Mr. Abhishekkumar Lal. What is a NodeMCU and why it is used at such a large scale, why does everyone prefer NodeMCU, etc. was explained to the students. Then, the students were explained about the Architecture of NodeMCU, its hardware and what it provides us. Students were informed about all the minor components, all the input/output pins and ports present on the NodeMCU. All the hardware related concepts were explained in the first half session of the workshop. The second half of the workshop begins with introduction to Programming, as students of FE were also attending the workshop. After explaining all about the programming, the most important part begins

VLSI (Very Large Scale Integration) workshop entitled “CMOS & FinFET Cell Design” Now and road ahead – An educational perspective using Microwind, organized by Department of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, A. C. Patil College of Engineering and IETE – Students Forum, Navi Mumbai on 5th and 6th January, 2023. The resource person for the workshop was ni2 Logic Pvt. Ltd., Pune.

 Workshop on PCB Making and Arduino.

In this workshop we take Two sessions in  1st session we take workshop on Arduino, in Arduino workshop we introduce students with Arduino IDE software then we do hands-on with Arduino board interfacing with some sensors and output devices.

In 2nd session we take on PCB making, in that session we introduce students with “PCB Wizard” software that is use for PCB track designing. After that we give students brief information about PCB board and after that each group made their own PCB in guidance of workshop team.
