Electrical Engineering is a Core branch of engineering that focuses on the study of electricity and magnetism and the applications derived from these natural forces. Commercial and military aviation, power and control systems, Telecommunications and signal processing are just a few of the aspects of modern life that depend on electrical engineering. We have degree level programe (B E) started in 1992 & Master level programe (M E) started  in 2011 under the affiliation of University of Mumbai. 
Automation is causing the field of electrical engineering to overlap with mechanical engineering. Other areas where electrical engineering is merging with other disciplines include biomedical engineering and quantum engineering. As engineering becomes more multi-disciplinary, a strong background in one discipline becomes the foundation for further study and career advancement
